Equipment & Vehicle Standards
Trailers are regularly inspected, floors are checked before trips, partitions are padded and adjustable, and equipment is cleaned and disinfected between loads.
On-Board Video Monitoring
Trailer cameras provide visibility into stalls during transport, and video updates can be requested.
Horse Health & Welfare
Health is confirmed before transport. Horses are loaded patiently, checked during longer trips, and veterinary care is sought for emergencies.
Communication & Transparency
